Vegetables for Beginners

I just got into an ugly fight with a cashier. Usually I'm a polite, mild-mannered person, trying to tackle most problems with a smile. Today, though, I'm cranky, overworked, still sick and in a bad mood.

SO DON'T TRY TELLING ME THIS IS RADISH:



Especially not when radish costs four times as much. Seriously.

A radish? Um. Perhaps the cashier should have taken a bite out of this beautiful kohlrabi. Really, people!

Monday annoyances? Well, I love the thunder storm that just went down. I am sure you are enjoying it to over in your little valley. :) We had lightning flashing across the sky and all. So, not an annoyance.

The mystery edit I am doing right now? Yes, annoying. Boring, too. *head desk*

She wouldn't believe me even after I went to get a radish and put it on the counter next to each other.

We're sitting tight here (and munching kohlrabi). Inside it's nice - and I think the rain just stopped. Driving home today wasn't fun, though.

Ich bin gut heimgekommen :D Allerdings hat mich Weichei wohl der Regen erwischt. Seitdem bin ich erkältet, und am Wochenende hat mich das Fieber eingehohlt. Seitdem gehts aber wieder besser. ♥ ♥ ♥ Und du bist schon wieder fast auf dem Weg in den Norden?
