Summary: Lee visits an old friend.

This is a bit depressing. Sorry for that, but it wanted to be written.
Only the good die young, that's what they say. Is that supposed to be comforting? Is that supposed to make any sense, when your best friend got himself killed and you never stopped thinking about him, never stopped missing him? Is that supposed to help you through 70 years of grief?
Now he is old. He lived, he loved, he found happiness, though he never forgot. He looks at the grave he has visited so many times, touches the stone, remembers times long gone.
He looks up to the sky, saying the words as he always does.
"See ya, Fred."
